“Called to make an appointment and no one picked up after many tries, so I decided to show up without one. When I got to the barbershop there was only a young kid there, who was asleep in one of the barber chairs. Woke him up and found out he was one of the barbers. I asked for one of the barbers, who I think is named Omar. Omar wasn't there so he offered to cut my son's hair. I was in a hurry so decided to give him a chance. When he was finishing up my son's haircut I noticed he was cutting my son's skin with the clipper so there was no point in telling him to try and better my son's haircut. Very disappointed about my son's haircut today. Omar did a great job last time, but this time my son's haircut is uneven, bald patches here and there, and you can see the line where the fade is supposed to be. Not worth the money. I have been calling the barbershop to speak to the manager or owner, but no one picks up. Might be the kid who is still sleeping.”
