“First time I went the biab was really good but the girl who did it was so unfriendly, barely spoke to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I booked my next appointment but they told me the girl that did my nails on that day was on holiday for my next appointment but I said no problem book me in with someone else. So I went in last week and the original girl was there so that was untrue. Maybe she refused to do my nails again. Got them done from another lady she was lovely but my nails are already chipping and sore so needless to say I am never going back there again. Pure waste of money. I could say more but let others decide for themselves.”

“Had the best and most professional experience with Klaudia today. I had a lip flip and 1ml of filler and it was by far the most positive and professional experience. Klaudia took time to analyse my lips and what shape I would like to desire and Klaudia provided me just that and even more. They came out even better than I could have ever imagined and provided a COMPLETELY painless experience. Klaudia also noticed I was having a current issue with my skin and was able to help me resolve it there and then and was more than accommodating to do so as it was really affecting me! “Unfortunately I am not overly happy with my experience here. My appointment was for 6.30pm but didn’t start until 5 to 7 (this was not acknowledged by any staff member) and I wasn’t offered tea, coffee or water at any stage throughout the 2 hour appointment. I was charged for a senior stylist without being told or consulted about this (I didn’t specify that I needed a senior stylist as I wasn’t looking for a big change) I was charged for a gloss when I asked for a toner (maybe these are the same thing but again nothing was communicated to me and I was charged €50) - my stylist and I had a brief conversation about the tone I wanted but the outcome was much darker and I wasn’t shown any examples of hair colours, which has been the norm when I’ve had my hair done in past salons. (I do understand my hair will lighten but it’s just very dark at the minute!) The haircut itself is not what I asked for, a lot more was taken off than I had expected (I said I wanted very little length off, but a good bit was chopped) and unfortunately the layers are chunky and slightly uneven which is bothering me. My goal for the appointment and what I asked for was essentially ‘my hair but freshened up’ and I left with something completely different to that.”
