“Moved to ames in July and was looking for a new stylist for my curly hair. I have am on low dose chemo for a chronic illness and need special attention to detail 😅 Let's just say Alexa is PHENOMENAL for this. She listened, she knows her stuff, she knew EXACTLY what to do for my poor damaged hair too. THEN, when I had my first joint replacement surgery Trinity did my braids (that stayed for well over a week!) SO I wouldn't have to worry about doing my hair post-op! I am in LOVE with this salon 😍 and the people in it. Cannot recommend these people enough!”

“This was my first-time getting services at this nail shop and the quality of the work I received was not up to par for the amount of money that I had spent for a deluxe pedicure and short acrylic nails. It seems like the bare minimum was done when I got my nails done. The customer service was great but the quality sucked. My nails should not look like they need a fill the same day of getting them done.”

“Checked in online yesterday and drove to the location. Checked in again at store and showed me as in store with a short wait. Stylist I chose finished with her client and cleaned up. She should have seen I was waiting in store. She came back to the register and another client walked in and she removed my name from the On Deck list and cut his hair. Sorry I was not going to wait again so informed the other stylist and walked out.”

“I've previously been here and overall had a good experience. I went in today for a gel manicure and had pink nail polish on my nails. After the person performing my service removed the polish, there was still a significant amount of pink all around the edges. I pointed it out 2x before the gel polish was done and kept being told okay. After the gel was done and I again pointed it out, the solution was to cut the skin around my nails. Another person took over and continued to just cut the skin around my nail trying to remove it, but I still have pink that can be seen. I also had pink smeared on my fingers and had to request the person take it off. I won't be returning.”

“Will never come here again 5 times I have been screwed over by these people with appt. They told me last time to book online so I’m guaranteed. Took a time slot left email and phone number to show up at time allotted to be told she took on 4 haircuts. Seriously why wouldn’t you call me or email me to tell me to see if another time works. The lady seemed to not give a damn and just said oh if you book a time online doesn’t guarantee. Well why the hell you have option if you aren’t going to honor the time? She should have had one of the other girls take the slot if she knew she had appt at 130!!! I’m an amazing tipper and she missed out so disappointed with this place and how they treat their customers and as a family of 5 we will pay more and go else where. Somewhere where customers are valued!!!”
