“I used to come here all the time but never again after this. I went here with my boyfriend for his first pedicure and the lady was digging into his toes to cut his nails. She kept saying ‘oops sorry.’ He complained about it more than once with her, saying it hurt and to start with, he only asked for filling (I guess there was a language barrier ). She went and cut his nails anyway. When we left, he was complaining of his big toes being sore and the pain continued for several days (we went in Monday Nov 13th and it got worse until Nov 22nd-when these photos were taken). He had some sensitivity near his toes and when I looked at them, they were infected on both sides where the lady dug into his skin. He was told by his dr that he needed to get to urgent care immediately, as the cutting of the cuticles had led to infection. NAIL SALONS SHOULD NOT BE CUTTING INTO YOUR SKIN! Especially bc they clearly are not cleaning and sanitizing. I’m disgusted and will never go back. Trust me when I tell you. The openings in his skin exposed him to all kinds of bacteria. They are not trained to do this kind of cutting, especially some he asked just for filling. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!”

“Debbie gave me a lifechanging haircut. Seriously. I was freshly divorced and ready to do something kinda crazy. I have curly hair and wanted to do a shag with bangs. It is not an easy cut to pull off. Debbie took the challenge on. She even offered to let me come back in anytime if I wanted tweaks, since it was her first time working on my hair and she wasn't quite sure how it would fall day to day. I took her up on that about two weeks later and she graciously reshaped it to perfection. Out in the world, this new haircut has changed the way people see me and is just SO MUCH FUN. I'm so grateful to her for making sure I loved it and that it was just right. I also loved that she pivoted in the middle of our color and said, "you know what, I don't quite like this, we're going to tone it." I appreciated that. I felt like she was really working with me. And sitting in her chair is fun! She's good company. I will definitely be going to see her again. It's a splurge, no doubt, but one that I found to be totally worth it if you can swing it.”
