I was going to a salon near my house and was always rushed through my appointment. I decided to go back to the stylist that knows my hair the best. Even though it’s a little bit further for me, it is well worth it. I am not one who switches stylist or colorist often. But honestly, Keeley is worth the travel for me . But not only does she do a great job styling my hair and explaining her process to me , she educates me on the products in the store. She helps me pick out what would be the best for my hair and my girls hair. Basically, many Stylist don’t take the time to show you different products. They just show you where they are on a shelf with giving no guidance. If you are looking for a change like me try Keeley. I highly recommend her .”

While I understand that not everyone needs to be overly cheerful, as no one is perfect, I do expect to receive some assistance when I ask for it. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 30 minutes on the 2nd floor before someone finally showed up. Then, instead of helping me, they went to the storage area to do other tasks. On another occasion, some months ago, I received assistance from a girl who forgot to check the storage area for the hair I wanted. After my request, she proceeded to help other customers for 20 minutes and then began other work-related tasks right in front of me. I had to remind her of my request. Typically, I am efficient in my shopping at beauty supply stores since I know what items I want and have alternative options in mind when I arrive. Yet, at this store, it takes me an excessive amount of time (30-45 minutes) to receive assistance, which is unreasonable.”

I love the conversations we get into, I love going there and go out of my way to go to this shop, because of the atmosphere, totally family friendly, they are quick to get you in sit you down and actually listen to what exactly you want in a style. I actually go to Mike for my haircut and he is phenomenal!!! I always travel overseas for my job and Mike is very accommodating if I have to get in on short notice. You guys are the best!!!! “My experiences here have been great a part from last night. I was asked to take my hoodie off while I was taking my debit card out of my wallet. This employee gave me no time to finish what I was doing and obnoxiously kept asking me to take it off. Once I finished, I complied. This took seconds. I don’t appreciate how it was made a bigger issue then it actually was (it wasn’t), and the whole interaction just felt weird to me. If I spoke up, I feel that would’ve been a problem too. Her demeanor was incredibly defensive, disrespectful, and rude. This was right before close. Not welcoming at all. Everyone else has been cool, she was before this too.”

I didn't get the name of the nail technician, but she was very detail oriented, cleaning up my nails nicely and then giving my nails a French gel manicure. The price has went up over the years and the current price is $24 but I have went to other places and been dissatisfied with the outcome. There are 2 estheticians at the Orland location that I request if available and they each do my brows in the same manner and shape. Both women are friendly and always remember my preference. I also recommend the Tricoci brand hair products. My fave that I buy are their hairspray and styling cream. They are $30 a piece but worth it and sometimes they are on sale during holidays.”
