“Alright so I don’t normally leave reviews, but if anyone is skeptical on why this place has so many reviews high rated reviews and is still at 5 stars needs to know that the rating fits them perfectly. First, staff is amazing. Everyone is chill, very interactive, respectful, and show a lot of care to any client they have. Second, quality is very high. Each of these barbers have many backgrounds, different experiences, and specialities. I highly recommend to go to the website and check out which one you’d like to book with and see there work! Finally, the prices are up high but if you want your cut/look you’ve been looking for anyone of these guys/gals are more than capable of helping you find what you’re looking for. Shout out to my dude Ruben he did an amazing job of fixing my last stylists messed up cut and getting me the look I’ve been wanting highly recommend him. Took my long hair (all the way to my back) messed up cut to a nice medium length.”

“I have been seeing Sein at Dream Salon & Spa for about 7 years now. She and her team are wonderful! I consider her a friend at this point. She does a great job with my hair and never hesitates to make sure I’m 100 percent happy! I still drive to see her even though I don’t live as close to the salon anymore. “This is no longer a spa experience and don't let them tell you otherwise. While I had a great massage (Dani was great) the rest of the experience was terrible. From booking (when I booked my first appointment I wasn't told the masseuse required masks - so I rebooked) to no real service. I had to ask for a robe and sandles. I had to carry my own clothes - no locker provided. Was not offered water, tea, etc. when I checked in. Apparently the steam shower is no longer offered (but Dani did it for me - but there was a nasty stain on the floor). When I explained my disappointment to the staff at the front desk I was basically told they don't offer those things anymore. If I'm paying that much I expect a spa experience like Michael Christopher's, John Roberts, or Mario's. Don't waste your money here it isn't what it used to be. I don't know why the owner says not a real review. This is my actual experience - nothing is fabricated - it was truly not a spa experience. Go ahead - call them ask them if you get steam room access before and after your massage. You will see.”

“I'm not sure what I experienced at this "salon" but it was not a manicure. I was in the place a total of 15mins; that's including drying my natural polish. Nothing was a manicure at all. Never soaked my hands, cleaned up my nails, or massaged my hands with lotion. Basically filed my nails and polished. All the implements he had were dirty. Filthy to be exact. The brush he gave me to wash my hands with, had black moldy areas growing on the bristles. You can see through the polish on my nails and its gritty in texture. Because he used very little polish to paint them. Not smooth like when I do them myself. The polish looks like a toddler did it. I'm very disappointed and this cost me 30.00. When I called the OWNER was extremely rude. Will never set foot in the place again. I'm praying I don't get an infection from the equipment. Wow what a pathetic nail business. No wonder there was no wait. Could have done way better myself.”

From her vibe to her work ethic I was able to leave Penzone with a completely new look and a friend! She was extremely thorough as I literally showed her a few pictures of what I was aiming for and she made it happen. If you’re looking for quality work, professional atmosphere and overall a good time go stop and see her. You will come out feeling like a new, refreshed woman. “My extensions were so bad. I got them done and my husband was even saying “babe, they look so bad, you cannot wear those to the wedding.” I wrote the stylist and came in a day or two later and she said “it’s how you are styling it” “tease more” “use more product” when in reality the consultation she did was horrible and my hair was too fine for these. I ended up going home and almost cried and then used pliers with my sisters help to take them all out myself. The girls here are not trained enough to be doing thousand dollar services, ESPECIALLY FOR weddings. This was a two years ago but when people talk about extensions I still explicitly tell them to avoid this place and my sister is getting married soon and she said I should leave a review even tho it’s been a while bc she’s been reading reviews looking for extensions for her wedding and said I could really save someone a lot of money and sadness!
