“Love us some Kaylynn!!! Only thing that maybe isn't the best is trying to find times that for our schedule(toddler nap times). She cuts my toddlers hair and he loves her. She is very easy to be comfortable with and always let's him use the blower to blow his cars. My daughter loves her dog that she brings to the facility. We tried to go to another place just for time convenience and never will I ever again. Kaylynn is the best”

“We are a long time paying customer. We are told that they offer free bang trims - all you do is walk in. So... one day we walk in. We are told, "sorry - we are all booked. It is best to call ahead". So the next day, we call ahead and are told, "sorry, we only do walk-ins." I then share what I was told the previous day (to call ahead). I then asked if I can make an appointment for a bang trim and was told, "sorry, we don't make trim appointments - we save our appointments for paying customers." I am pissed. I ask to speak to the manager and the lady hung up on me (I am going to assume we were "accidentally" disconnected.). I immediately called back and asked for the Manager and shared my experience with him. He then says, "sorry - all we can say is to call ahead and if we have time/openings, we can squeeze you in." Beyond frustrating.... I hung up and cut my daughters bangs myself! I did pretty good, too!!”
