“Went in with 27 inch hair and left with 18-19inch hair when all I asked was for a small trim. Not to mention they’re overpriced & the service is garbage. $100 down the drain and now I have to invest in some extensions. I always hear bad reviews of this place & now that I’ve experienced their service, I can agree! So sad that not even the manager was able to help me. Do not go here, save yourself the $$$. I put before and after pics. And for stylist reference - her name was Rosy. Not to mention, I DID contact the salon and the manager was not helpful at all, all she said was “I spoke to the stylist and that’s what you asked for” NO I did not ask for that much cut but obviously you’re gonna take your stylist side! That says a lot about you and your brand. Customers always come first, no wonder the salon was empty! That should have been the first red flag.”

I’d recommend showing them a picture, their english isn’t perfect. Simple, fast and you are able to wash your hair on your own afterwards no extra charge. This will be my new spot.”

“I've been here a few times in the last couple of years and had mostly good experiences. I always watch for the discounts because I feel like they're a little pricy for the area. But this time my experience was different. When I called to make my appointment the girl on the phone wasn't worried about what I wanted or needed at all. Her only concern was securing my credit card number and making sure that I understood that less than 24 hours cancellation meant I paid the full fee. I was a little annoyed with this and also annoyed that I had to call back 3 additional times just to get a couple of simple questions answered. There used to be much more information available on the website. But sadly the phone calls pale in comparison to the dismissive way the desk staff treated me and others while I was there. Towels needed replenishing, a blow dryer wasn't working and what nearly everyone was upset about, the hot tub either wasn't hot or wasn't full. When attendants were in the locker room they were polite and helpful. But when others or I attempted to ask for what we needed from the front desk our requests were met with irritation and excuses. The fact that no one even bothered to apologize for the conditions of the spa when I brought us concerns added insult to injury.”

Mens bathrooms can be a Filthy place, especially at budget gyms. This facility is clean, immaculate, and efficient. Mind your other, well paying members! The trainers are helpful, respectful, and really have a can-do attitude. They feature a variety of yogal group exercises, even ballet. The GM Brandon runs a tight ship! I should've joined sooner!”
