“The best banya in Texas, it doesn’t get better than this. Our every experience in the “Russian Banya” is very pleasant and enjoyable. It has this specific Slavic vibe to it and I absolutely love it because it reminds me of home. The banya itself is pretty big, it can fit many people and it doesn’t get too crowded. And banya temperature gets really hot, especially if you splash water on the rocks - your gym sauna doesn’t even stand near. There is aroma therapy every day and the owner Misha makes it truly unforgettable. The cold plunge is COLD, not for the weak. Decent 45F (6C) water temperature makes you see what you’re made of. The price is you pay $70 + tip and you can go for the entire week for as much time as you want, in my opinion it’s 100% worth it. If you get a monthly or yearly membership then it’s cheaper. They also have additional massage services, venik, and you can buy a banya hat :) There is delicious Slavic cuisine restaurant and the food really reminds me of my grandma’s. Make sure you don’t skip dessert :) As a Ukrainian, it makes me very happy that “Russian Banya” stands with Ukraine and I will gladly bring my friends here and come back again. Thank you!”

“When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. The cashier ID: 3628542 was lovely and she was the best part of my visit.”

“Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience.The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!”

“I like the stylist but the little short owner is very rude I try to smile but she turns her face. She's rude to my boys trying to shove any stylist when we have our favorite! If it weren't for the ladies and the young man there I most definitely be looking to go elsewhere! I went today and while I was paying that old short woman (the owner) was in the way and wouldn't even move for the stylist to use the gadget for me to pay she had her back to me didn't say thank you come again or nothing! The stylist is very personable! I go back for the great service I get from them But this woman needs to change her disposition 😒. I feel for the workers😔”

Customer service was great but....and this is just my 2 cents..what you see and try on display is not quite what you get ..I got a 22inch body wave 13*4 ..I don't like it.. it's too thing and doesn't look like 100% human hair..What I tried on was more full and looked really good. So am Kinda disappointed esp being a 1st time buyer”
