“After receiving the worst set of nails of my life by a salon in DP off Center I drove straight here. I was visibly upset, showed them my nails and asked if they would be able to fix my set. The owner sat me down with LA and she was able to fix my nails exactly how they were originally intended to be and informed me the owner said that I would not be charged. They went above and beyond to help me and were extremely generous and kind. This salon is super clean as well so I will be returning here for now on and sharing my experience with everyone.”

“I only ever come here, bc they are usually nice and do a good job. Last few times have been hit or miss. But yesterday I had such a horrible experience, idk if I feel comfortable going back. She cut 6/10 of my cuticles where I was bleeding, I’m still sore this morning. My hands were covered in glue and the powder and she never wiped it off, I couldn’t touch my phone they were so goopy, my nail techs hands kept sticking to mine. She was extremely rough and messy, I have shellac all over my hands still. The nails speak for themselves. All of them are bubbly and I am so upset with them and also how careless I was treated. These were for a business trip and for valentines. They look awful and I hate that I spent $70 on them.”

I got home and took my glasses off and this is what I saw. Awful. The stylist was nice, so I would’ve given her two stars, but she didn’t tell me she messed up. There’s no way she didn’t know. So now here I am with ugly hair. 🙈”

“I am local to Houston and had procedure done. Dr. Jezic knew exactly what he was doing and created a realistic looking hairline that I’m %100 content with. Hairline looks almost better then hair I had before. Like many worried about fake looking result, but it came out looking perfect to my facial features. Could not be anymore pleased. Top it all off, Dr, Jezic is overall straight forward dude who is the kinda guy you can hang out and have a few beers with. Staff was awesome. Procedure was painful, but it’s to be expected. Was a bit pricey compared to others but I didn’t mind because this is not something I would want to bargain search for. Dr. Jezic also is grad from Texas A&M so knowing he was local also was deciding factor.”

“I have been to this place twice before to get a bob cut never had a problem. It’s been 3 years since I’ve wanted to get a bob cut again and decided to go back. The guy I think his name is Tom that cut my hair today did not take the time to look at the cut that I wanted. I showed him pictures. He just started chopping off my hair thinned it out so much my hair was thick and now I feel like I don’t have any hair left and the haircut is not what I was asking for. It’s all uneven and choppy in the back! I will not be returning to this place. Very disappointed as it used to be a good place. I don’t recommend it. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews on how they operate before I decided to come back to this place. Now is so short I can’t even go anywhere else to fix his mistake!”

I understand you do not care about your client driving 25 min for a haircut and have to turn around n drive another 25 min bk. “This was the second time I went to Ella Nails. It will also be the last time I will go to Ella Nails. I had a Manicure a pedicure and a neck massage. I really enjoyed the neck massage. They do poor work on the manicure. I usually go somewhere else that is close by but they are busier and I thought more expensive but the price is about the same. It was an elderly woman that was giving me a manicure. I had tips on before. I wanted them removed. She only partially removed them and she was very rude. She kept burning me and cut my nails very short even though I told her I wanted long nails she said oh well next time you can have long nails. I asked her why do my nails have part pink and part whit it looks like clouds. She said "it's your nails maybe you should talk to your doctor" I explained my nails did not look like that before and she said "you want someone else to do your nails" I said yes the other lady removed the rest of the nails and apologized for her. It's two days later and my nails are badly burned by her. I strongly suggest not going there. I will not return. The first lady burnded my hands with removing the nails. Do yourself a favor. Be treated nicely by people that have skills. Go around the corner”
