A warm welcome at reception with the offer of tea or water, followed by invitation upstairs to the treatment room by the massage therapist. The therapist was polite, respectful and informative. The 90 minute massage was AMAZING! The therapist checked which area of the body I wanted to focus on then checked if the pressure was OK. The atmosphere was inviting, warm and peaceful. This place is very easy to commute to from the city - you have 2 tram options, 1 and 6. Coming in, it was such a lovely surprise to see dogs are most welcome as long as they don't bark and they can chill while waiting for you to get your hair done. While you wait, they give you a beverage of your choice. The artists are friendly and professional, they communicate well with you to make sure you're getting what you want.
