They ask questions carefully, are clear about what is and is not possible, listen well (sounds obvious but it is not), also calmly advise against certain ideas that are not realistic and there is good communication among themselves. Was relaxed for the first time at the hairdresser :) I didn't see the result very well under the lamp, only later in daylight; very subtitled and really neat, but I already knew that because Manon was constantly looking and checking what the color was doing. So they really look here instead of using standard times. Girl who blow dried me was also sweet, I wanted her to do something different than she was used to but she didn't mind at all. Furthermore, all kinds of pampering in the form of massages, snacks and drinks and last but not least; all cheerful people, also very important!!”

“I recently visited to this salon for the first time, hoping to save time with a quick haircut. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. The salon's service was subpar, with poor management and uncontrolled staff. Despite having an appointment, I was left unattended for 20 minutes. When I inquired, the only response I received was a casual apology, citing their busy schedule. It's frustrating that they would accept appointments during such times, showing a lack of respect for their customers' time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive proper attention and felt compelled to leave. The staff's indifferent attitude, merely offering a 'sorry', was disheartening. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.”

“I am not the type of person to complain. However, I feel the need to address this. I booked an appointment today, for a simple wash, dry and straightening. I understand that I may not speak dutch, however it should not interfere with the quality of service. You don’t need to speak a certain language to get your hair washed, dried and straightened. Starting with the wash, the hairdresser was not washing my hair properly. At no point did I even feel hands scrubbing thoroughly through my hair. I even addressed this to her that I have a lot of hair and to wash it properly which she acknowledged. The hairdresser lightly washed my hair, it did not even feel washed. After this, I was quite calm and was like, maybe this will get better. The hairdressers than began to dry my hair with the blowdryer. A few minutes later, I see that she unplugs the blowdryer and takes out the hair straightener. I was in shock. My hair was extremely still wet. As we all know, a hair straightener should not be used on wet hair. I told this to the hairdresser and she even noticed my hair was still wet and proceeded to use the hairdryer again. I explained to her to use the brush and to divide my hair into sections so that she could dry my hair efficiently and effectively. Now, I should not be telling a hairdresser how to do basics. I had dedicated a fair amount of time explaining how to dry and do my hair. I told her that you can’t fast track styling someones hair, especially when they have a lot of it. Approximately 45 minutes later, my hair was still being dried.. if this was done correctly, with the hair dryer and the brush, it would not of taken this long. Bare in mind, I was still in shock that she was going to straighten my hair whilst it was so wet. I had to stop her. I was then charged €44 for this. I told them that, for this, in London which is a more expensive city do not charge this for a wash and style. £45 you get a wash, blow dry, straighten and a hair cut. They even had the audacity to say that they are not charging me for “drying”my hair. They are charging for the wash and the use of a hair straightener. They said that they charge based on amount of hair and time taken too. Bare in mind, I spent more of my time lecturing how to dry my hair. I also got told that because of corona virus, they have raised their prices. I can appreciate this, however, my wages don’t go up due to this. I think €44 for a wash and style is a bit of a push. I came here three years ago, I was happy with the service, where someone did my amazingly. Charged €30 for it which is reasonable for a wash and style, considering the amount of hair I have.”
