I give Chop Shop barbers 5 stars, the price was great, the people are great, close to my house, the wait was very short, and most importantly I love the outcome!! “The wait was supposed to be 30-40 minutes and it was more like 10 minutes. The lady whom did my hair was very nice and we talked. She was very respectful, even if she didn't like the type of haircut you get, she still did it and even said she liked it on me. She said sorry when she thought she was hurting me (the comb was only pulling my hair, which didn't hurt) The haircut was less than 10 minutes also. Very good company to visit at any location. I also love my haircut!”

“I asked for highlights and to brighten up my hair a bit. At first I thought it turned out great, but as soon as I got home and looked closer I noticed the roots of my hair were patchy, orange tone. Also the lower half of my hair was a different tone than my upper and I could see where the difference split. I called back and explained and was scheduled for a root retouch. I showed her the orange roots and she agreed that yea we needed to fix that and also the bottom of my hair. She used a toner and then was drying me off to style my hair when I looked closer and saw that it was STILL orange tone at the roots! I think if I wouldn't have said anything again she would have just pretended it was fixed, that's one part that really bothered me, she clearly saw that she hadn't fixed the issue and waited for me to say something. So then again she said she would try to fix it by this time doing a root smudge. After doing the root smudge, she said it was fixed and it looked better , by then it was getting late and I had to leave with wet hair. Finally getting home and although the roots look better than what they were I still see patches of orange roots and since she darkened the roots with a similar color of my natural hair it has this weird tone to it. Also my top hair after the toner is just looking weird. I also think that I have more highlights on one side of my head than the other, have dark spots I feel like more on one side. I feel bad writing this because as a person the stylist was very nice and I really liked talking with her, that's why I went back to her to fix it but now it was a big waste of time and I feel a big waste of money for something that looks terrible. My hair does not look professionally done.”

“I received a haircut on Sunday, September 10th. Kitty is who gave me the haircut but she left my hair noticeably uneven. I had layers and she butchered my hair. It wasn't that noticeable afterward because I have wavy hair but when I got home and washed it then noticed how even it was. It took her less than 15 minutes and I have thick long hair and nobody has ever given me a trim or haircut in that amount of time. She rushed and I believe that's why she butchered it. Definitely wouldn't recommend her.”

“The first picture was taken immediately after walking out the door from getting haircuts for my son and I. I asked for a fade and to leave a bit on the top to move to the side with product. We had to go to another establishment to get our hair fixed, and that person said that my son was the second kid to come in today from Maple Barbers, and the other kids hair looked just like my boy's. The second picture shows what's supposed to be blended. The sad thing about the review is, I saw at least 3 people getting good looking haircuts from the other barbers and this review hurts them too. One of the good ones was named Mike, the other in the far west chair, was giving good cuts too. The not so good one was is the third chair from the west. Just keep a heads up.”
