Not to mention they’re overpriced & the service is garbage. $100 down the drain and now I have to invest in some extensions. I always hear bad reviews of this place & now that I’ve experienced their service, I can agree! So sad that not even the manager was able to help me. Do not go here, save yourself the $$$. I put before and after pics. And for stylist reference - her name was Rosy. Not to mention, I DID contact the salon and the manager was not helpful at all, all she said was “I spoke to the stylist and that’s what you asked for” NO I did not ask for that much cut but obviously you’re gonna take your stylist side! That says a lot about you and your brand. Customers always come first, no wonder the salon was empty! That should have been the first red flag.”

Additionally, wicked friendly, thoughtful, and genuine. Bringing back what a barbershop should be after that somewhat disappeared after Covid. And instead of trying to work that out he just tells me to find a different barber. And, I give him a $10 tip and he gives me back my $5 change in 1’s. Awful customer service. He doesn't respect all his customers and he'll treat you differently based off that.”

“Update: contacted them, spoke to the nail tech, and let them know what happened. I was told it must have been my fault (which is very untrue!) and then he told me he’d refund. I haven’t received it but I’ll count this as a sunk cost and just avoid this place. Sucks because Flower and this one lady who did my nails once were so professional and did my eyebrows and nails flawlessly! 10/16/2023: Absolutely horrendous. The guy who has done my nails twice (not the guy with the mustache, the other one) has no consideration for guests: he’s rough, pushy, and does not make it like a comforting nail appointment. My recent appointment I got gel x and as he put the nails on my fingers, the glue/gel x was clearly burning under the light and despite me telling him, he did nothing. He picked the wrong nail sizes and forced them on my nail beds. He did my gel x nails while I was on the foot massage chair. I don’t know but I would think that is a bad place to be doing acrylics! Now part of my finger is bleeding and cracked because he didn’t do his job correctly.I did call and they offered to fix it BUT WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX? I will not be back again and he seriously needs classes on how to be professional and less rough at a nail salon. I am on my way to an urgent care to check this out. If you go her, go to Flower or just anyone else.”
