“I am so disappointed in my haircut. I paid good money for this, AND tipped 30%. I put my glasses on to look at the cut before I left and it looked just fine. I got home and took my glasses off and this is what I saw. Awful. The stylist was nice, so I would’ve given her two stars, but she didn’t tell me she messed up. There’s no way she didn’t know. So now here I am with ugly hair. 🙈”

“I have been to this place twice before to get a bob cut never had a problem. It’s been 3 years since I’ve wanted to get a bob cut again and decided to go back. The guy I think his name is Tom that cut my hair today did not take the time to look at the cut that I wanted. I showed him pictures. He just started chopping off my hair thinned it out so much my hair was thick and now I feel like I don’t have any hair left and the haircut is not what I was asking for. It’s all uneven and choppy in the back! I will not be returning to this place. Very disappointed as it used to be a good place. I don’t recommend it. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews on how they operate before I decided to come back to this place. Now is so short I can’t even go anywhere else to fix his mistake!”

“Absolutely a joke. AnA the manager sucs at her job. Tell a customer I be here this day. I look at app n head that way n of course she not. Not first second third time. Done with this clown operation. FOLLOW UP Ana do not lie , I never once contacted anyone from that store! This negative review came about cause ur unprofessional actions. I understand you do not care about your client driving 25 min for a haircut and have to turn around n drive another 25 min bk. Multiple times this has happen where you were ON then suddenly your wait is 222 minutes. Frustration that a manager behaves like this. Accept the negative review and learn from it.”
