“Enjoyed dinner here had the hot & cold seafood platter. Worth every dollar. Seafood was fresh & full of flavour. The sauces to accompany were beautiful on clams, oysters and thousand island for the prawns. The cooked seafood was done beautifully. Very hard to find a place that doesn’t over cook the seafood & they nailed it. Plenty of seafood to fill 2 people. The service was great, the staff catered to every need. Very friendly and conversed politely. When our glasses were empty they would refill or offer to get us another beverage. They ensured they took our shell bowl when it was full and placed a clean empty one there. They had wet wipes to clean our hands in between. Atmosphere was lovely.”

“I can confirm, hand to heart, the original taste and friendly service this place is known for is back!! I loved dining here back in 2018 and 2019. Used to visit once a fortnight! Then COVID happened and from what I understand, the previous owner of the place lost all heart and love and let it go to the dumps. That's where all the bad reviews came from. Now it's under new management for over a year and I have dined here 3 times- all 3 of them have been exceptional. You can really sense the change with the new ownership, the food is fresh, tastes amazing and the service is back to original standards. Back as a serious contender for Best Indian in Brisbane!”

“Been going here for 15 years and loved every meal. Since new ownership the food has gotten fresher and better. Recommend the deep fried salt and pepper squid (and add chilli!). Estimated wait times can be off, but this is normally due to large number of customers ordering because the place is so popular. Great owners and great food. 5/5.”

“I went to Nando’s to have a nice meal with my family and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant, the service was terrible. As we walked in we were told to just find somewhere to sit and almost all of the table had dirty plates all over them and you could tell that the tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while. After sitting down for about 5 minutes, we realised that no one was coming to serve us, with menus, water etc. We had get up out of our seats to get menus from the front counter. Then we were told to order on the Nando’s app and we couldn’t order up front. My Mum wanted to order one of the Salads, but apparently they couldn’t make it for her because they were missing 1 of the ingredients! After ordering and paying through the app, my Sister and Dad decided to look around for some Knives and Forks, Napkins, and some Water after not much success they decided to ask for some water. The waiter said that he would quote ‘get around to it’ he never did! When the food finally came I was surprised by the size of the meals as they were quite expensive and not that big. The chicken was cold, the avocado salad seemed to be missing the avocado, the chick peas were just not very nice, the rice crackers were very stale, the lettuce was brown and was obviously very old. It was also very plain and we ordered 2 Coke Zero’s, but were only given a Coke Zero and a normal Coke. The only worker there seemed to be in a very foul mood and to top it all of there was not Knives and Forks anywhere, we weren’t given any with our meals, and when we asked for some the waiter said that he would give them to us soon because they needed to be washed! And then when they were finally put out (not even on the table, just by the sauce) they were wet, they hadn’t even been bothered to dry the utensils. Honestly the McDonald’s we went to after would have been a much nicer experience than whatever this was. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, STAY AWAY!”
