“Restaurant was empty when I visited (around 5pm). The burger menu I ordered comes with piping hot fries and a gigantic burger (200g beef patty). It was an absolutely hearty meal, which quite value for money. The staff was also very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure everything is well on my side. Only issue is that the indoor seating was pretty warm in the summer heat. It would be nice if there is some ventilation indoors, or else I will recommend to opt for outdoor seating.”

If you see a photo of the package you’d think it’s a soup that was there. It dropped throughout the outer paper bag. I guess the sauce/layering ratio is not their strongest suit.”

“The atmosphere is indeed nice, but the tables and benches are too small. It's loved by kids, but as adults, we can't fit comfortably at the tables and benches. The 40-minute service time for the burger is a bit long. Unfortunately, until these issues are resolved, I can't enjoy my fantastic burger with pleasure.”

“If you want a cool place to sit and talk near the movie theater, this is great! Skip the burger and the fries—the quality of the meat is terrible, it’s so overcooked that it’s chewy and dry, and it’s covered up by an unholy amount of sauce (maybe to hide the poor quality). The fries we got were sadly very dry and not crispy, but not oily either? It was strange, it tasted like they’d reheated old fries and the cheese sauce we ordered with it had split and was cold. Service is slow but the people are very nice. We wouldn’t ever come here again for food but maybe for a beer before a movie or something.”

Just one person was working at the place though, he handled both the food and the money with his hands without using gloves or washing his hands and the place felt dirty. This is sadly not a good representation of how Hesburger actually is in Finland.”
