“It has been without a doubt one of the worst treatments I have ever received. I made an order in which I asked that the burger be "very well done, that the meat should not be red inside", they brought an order and there was an error for which we had to call and have them bring what was missing. The burger was completely raw, I called them and they told me that they would send me another one without a problem. They came back with another burger that was exactly the same, as you can see in the photos. They haven't even had the decency to respond to the messages I sent them since I couldn't eat it, if I ask for the meat very well done it will be for a reason and if you can't do it you say so and nothing happens, but not having the people waiting 3 hours to end up having to eat something else. The delivery man came to my home 3 times and that's making people laugh. Without a doubt the worst attention received and a lack of respect. I couldn't try it of course, but my companions said it wasn't good either.”
