“There was a power outage that started yesterday. We decided to go to bunnings to get a light as we spent the night in darkness, not being able to see, with scared children. We went to the entrance to be stopped by a bunnings employee. He asked us why we were here. I said "we have come here to-" then he immediately cut me off. He said "only essential stuff" and told us to leave. I thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional, not even being able to finish answering a question that He had asked us. There were many people walking out with lights and torches (and other items) so I didn't understand why he responded that way. Now we have nothing. Do better.”

Their tools are cheap so quality is so-so but I have noticed in the last two years quality is on the increase. Watch out for the cheaper skins: apparently the batteries are obsoleted after a few years and your skins will be useless. I heard a bloke going off at staff about this one day.
