There is no request form to fill out for preferences but there is such a variety I know you will find plenty of meals you love. They also have an extra protein option. Very affordable prices and totally worth it. Also great customer service!”

We used another meal prep service right before them and actually left because of regular disorganization, so in that department I give 5 stars. The food is good taste wise, but I certainly wouldn’t say it’s great or amazing, however, it gets the job done. As for the nutrition facts, I have to say the sodium amount per serving is very alarming, and their food doesn’t come off as salty. But 4080 mg of sodium in a blackened chick Caesar salad? That’s bewildering. If this information is correct, which I pray it’s not, that’s nearly 47% higher than the 2100-2300 we’re supposed to consume DAILY. Between my husband and myself, we collectively have over 15 years in the health industry and we are painfully aware that this is less than ideal! Definitely interested in the HOW and WHY of this… ***UPDATE*** They contacted me shortly after posting this review and thankfully it was a typo!”

The staff was friendly, but the pizza is not worth the money..... Tasteless! Their response was if I had a cold..... 4 others tasted the pizza and we all thought is was poor quality. Also $45 for a 16" pizza and a small 8" pizza is outrageous which is amplified by the poor quality. Double fail!”

I am biased in my love for the Mount Vernon food co-op and 2. They've recently redid their meat department and don't carry the same cuts that they used to. That said, this place has high quality food and alcohol. If you don't mind paying a little extra for the quality, I recommend coming here!”
