I have to give compliments to Valerie See who solved my gum bleeding issue with her skillful hands. She is not only gentle but also knowledgeable in giving me some tips on how to take care of my oral hygiene as well. She also made me feel at ease and relaxed during the whole cleaning process. “I want to share my heartfelt testimonial about Oriental Remedies at the Jurong East branch. I'm Linda Kazan, and I've been grappling with topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) for three challenging years. My journey here began through my sister-in-law's recommendation. During my first visit in 2021, I initially struggled, and even though I faced difficulties with my skin worsening and lost some vision due to the withdrawal, Therapist Jeff became my favorite, always supportive. I had to take a lengthy break to cope with the difficulty of moving and traveling, especially after undergoing cataract surgery. But in 2023, I returned to utilize the remaining treatment packages, and I'm delighted to see that Therapist Jeff is still providing her exceptional care, despite the departure of the previous physician. Now, I'm receiving bi-weekly treatments with Physician Foo, who has been incredibly attentive. One aspect I truly appreciate is the negative ion therapy, a calming 20-minute session that's included in the package. It has been immensely beneficial for me. I'm still on my recovery journey, and although the Jurong East branch is a bit far for me, the comfort of having Therapist Jeff attend to me is invaluable. She's not only a skilled therapist but also provides insightful advice, showing immense patience and understanding throughout this journey. “Back in 2020, I first stepped into Align Braces Clinic after I came across them via my uni advertisement. I decided to go with them for my braces journey because Dr Tan gave me confidence and good advice during the consultation. A big thank you to Dr Tan and his team for their care and service. Dr Tan is very friendly and professional. He was meticulous during the adjustment of braces because I was afraid it’s gonna be painful but luckily it’s not. He’s patient to explain each step of the process and whenever I have questions. I appreciated that he checked in with me each time to make sure everything is going well and so that I can raise any concerns if I have. Towards the end, he also made sure that I’m happy with my teeth alignment else he could help to adjust to meet my ‘expectation’ since ultimately I should be happy with how my teeth look: Dr Vanessa did my routine cleaning very well and thorough too. The assistant and other staffs were very fast in response and understanding when I need to make changes. 3 years later today I’ve graduated with a beautiful smile with straight teeth. Tbh looking back I think my overbite teeth were not the easiest treatment to do hahah but I’m so happy with how it turned out after the braces treatment with Dr Tan. I’m glad that I’ve chosen Align Braces for my braces journey.”

Turns out I had a cavity. Dr. Ben Wang was extremely patient, kind and quick. He was able to fix the issue so quickly, while holding a good conversation and distracting me. “Had a great experience seeing Senior Physician Doctor Zhang Hui Qin. She’s very professional and really go very in depth in seeing her patient. Just a first time acupuncture, the pain went off and the medication prescribed is very effective as well. Will recommend people to visit this TCM. “Son had HFMD. Went to this clinic, very clean & good! The doctor and receptionists were very polite. No waiting time for me as there wasn't much people on a normal weekday. Both doctors and receptionist helped me with my pram although I do not need any help. Can use CDA baby bonus & compared to other clinic in Yishun, I prefer here and Lion Health! Absolutely fantastic service.”
