“Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.”

“I have been to this skin clinic at least twice for different type of skin infections. I had consulted Dr. Mirjam Kraljevi-Feucht on both the instances. Being new here, I was much worried about my skin problems. She was brilliant in rightly identifying what the skin infection was, prescribed appropriate medication and I recovered well. She patiently explained and gave details about the infection and also gave the confidence that I'd get better soon. This is something that a patient always expects from his/her doctor. Thank You doctor, for the splendid service!!”

“Horrible experience. Doctors are awesome and extremely competents. Same with the physiotherapy team. I can't vouch for them enough. They are extremely professionals and knowledgeable. Five starts for them. Now for the hospital stay: I have been staying twice to that clinic prior to this last one. Both times were very nice, had great words for the care team. This time, it was a total disgrace. The older nurses were rude and careless. The pain management was practically non existent. One has to cry from Pain to get them to take you seriously and to call a doctor to get better medicine than paracetamol. There is a huge lack of communication between nurse team and doctors. Formal complain is on its way.”
