“Our experience with Moggie Cats Today marks 4 years since our little girl left us. In all this time, I have processed our experience and can pour it out, moderating the emotional burden of the immediate loss. It's not that it's easier, but I feel that I have a moral duty to tell our story so that it joins the countless testimonies that can be found here. I feel like I owe it to our little girl. As you may have guessed, my story is not positive and I can barely express my anger at this misnamed “clinic”… a specialist in Cats. I do not recommend this “veterinary clinic” AT ALL, because – unfortunately – only very young veterinarians, students in veterinary practice and technicians work, with no or very little experience. Although youth is very valuable at this stage of learning and the young people had a lot of drive, enthusiasm and were affectionate with the furry children, they lacked knowledge. The owner, who was supposed to provide the experience and proper guidance, went on vacation without warning, leaving my baby hospitalized in the hands of inexperienced young people... a surprising act of indolence and carelessness, towards an activity that should be approached with dedication and love. SHE has the $$$ sign in her eyes...it's too noticeable. But, in our case, we realized it too late. My furry daughter decompensated when she was hospitalized there (almost a month), and we had to let her go, because she was suffering…. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE….”

Another thing to improve is that the executives in charge of designating the medical hour and those of mobilization are more organized when scheduling the services to the patients, since due to the mistakes made, you can spend up to 5 hours waiting for the doctor to attend you. doctor (they tell you that you have an appointment at 9 a.m. and they see you at 2 p.m.”
