“I have come to this facility in the past few months all the way from the United states to get a lot of dental work done. The staff here at International smiles is always friendly and helpful. I have pretty bad anxiety and it shows a lot when I go to the dentist - but any questions that I had they always get back to you weather its on messages or if you prefer to call… Best of all, the work that they do is really top-notch and better than most of the service I have experienced in Las Vegas. The dentist are always very gentle and try to make it as relaxing as possible. I had to have open flap surgery on my gums, a crown and a cavity filled and have no complaints on any of these experiences, they did the best I think anyone could have. I appreciate everyone at international and will come back if anythings going on again with my mouth in the future if I can help it 😉”

“Had to go for blood work to the new Suramericana building. The address was very complicated to find, since is located on a new area. Roads are not properly named at the moment. Cab drivers have no idea were it is and the GPS doesn't know any better. Once we found the building, the stress of not finding the place diminished as soon as we walk into the building. The Sura centers was packed with neat and helpful staff, who helped on every step of the process. The building also has any kind of medical service you might need. The staff is more than willing and incredibly nice. It was totally worth !!”

“The was the worst experience Ive ever had and I am traumatized by what happened. English speaking foreigners beware. Do not go here. I was held for many hours and not allowed to leave by the guards — after requesting a basic EKG that was normal. I was held and they added more and more appointments I didnt want or need. More than 6 hours in the hospital, $200, no results from the blood work. The process was entirely disorganized with people forgetting papers and leaving payment cards behind. The front desk people dont know how to use a credit card reader. They tried 3 of my cards and told me it was a bank issue. I used the reader myself and it worked instantly. They didnt have paper or ink to print the receipt. They tried to charge my card a second time so they could print a freaking receipt as I demanded my card back. The doctors kept reassuring me I wouldn't miss my critical call at work. I missed it. It took more than 90 minutes to get processed for exit, with the guards not allowing me to leave, until I missed my call. I was literally in tears in the lobby.”
