“Worst Amor Saúde service unit, at least the dentistry part. I've been to Amor e Saúde in Blumenau and the dentistry part was very simple. I sent a message to schedule a dental cleaning and they refused to do the procedure. They first wanted to schedule an evaluation, as I had already done an evaluation. And they said that I might have to go again just to do an assessment and the cleaning might not be scheduled for the same day. I've been cleaning teeth for decades and I've been to several dentists, the first time I've had this type of problem for such a simple procedure.”

“Forgive me for the adjective, but it's a rubbish place! To start with the emergency reception, the outsourced employees of the company "Grupo Triângulo", who are located at the entrance, treat people with a total lack of respect. They are rude, they don't look people in the eye when they talk, they are unfriendly and bitter (they love giving orders). All this just at the entrance to the maternity ward. If you are the father, be prepared to stand outside (on the street) while waiting for your wife to be called. During the consultation you will be able to accompany her. If she has to take exams, you will go back to the street. Hope it's not raining and there aren't many people waiting on the street under the roof, otherwise you'll have to seek shelter nearby. There is no parking! You will have to drive a lot until you find a space on the public road. Regarding the wait for service, it took around four hours. As for the structure, from the outside you can already see the neglect. It's decades past the time for a renovation. From the front you can already see several windows without glass, closed with plywood. Probably where those old model air conditioners were located. In addition to walls with peeling paint and a very old structure. Regarding medical care, it was a resident who treated my wife. The service was very good. At least that... Note that most of the good reviews of this maternity hospital are made by women who gave birth there. Certainly, due to the fact that the birth of the baby is a moment of extreme joy, any bad experiences they may have had are put aside due to the moment itself. “Second time I have problems with the delivery address. In the first case, they delivered it to an old address that had already been removed from the register, where I have not lived for over 10 years. Even though I called and requested an exchange, they contacted me by phone confirming it, but they still delivered it to the wrong address. This time, I asked for delivery to one of my two registered addresses, I confirmed it before completing the order, they sent a code via SMS, the address I chose at checkout appeared and when the confirmation email arrives it is the address I didn't request, whose delivery time is 3 times longer. I regret that a large company, which offers competitive prices and quality products, is failing in something so simple in the delivery system and/or logistics and that ends up causing us losses, as the urgent material that I expected to receive within 4 working days should take at least 14 business days.”
