“Trying to book on the phone, they say you have to go in person. Went in person (very inconvenient, just to book), they said it was the wrong location (they didn't specify it on the phone). This way you only waste time: you have to accept reservations by telephone.”

“These people truly did save us, thanks to a lovely woman who translated for my daughter and I who both had terrible asthma, to the ambulance crew who took such good care of us and got us to the hospital just in time. We had infection in our lungs and we are now on antibiotics, feeling much better and the fact that the crew stayed until we had been admitted was so heartwarming. Thank you so much.”
