“I chose Caron&Jones Dental Care based on the excellent reviews on their website. I scheduled an emergency appointment with them and received professional, immediate care and treatment from Dr. Caron and the most amazing support staff I have ever met. I was a new patient presented in enormous pain, stressed to tears and anxious about the outcome from my visit. I had not seen a dentist in 11+ years and I am a T2d and I am afraid of going to a dentist and I'm a senior aged patient; so I was a challenge for the staff. I wish I could remember all their names but again I was too stressed. My appointment turned out to be hours long but necessary to take care of my aching teeth and the infection I had. Everyone was kind, patient and giving in care and calming me down. I became their patient for the rest of my life. So I'm adding my post to their web site with a five star rating and if you are reading this and needing a dentist don't hesitate and don't wait, call them for an appointment. You will be welcomed and warmly greeted from the front desk receptionist and beyond to sitting in a dental chair, they will have your needs covered. “*****SUPER AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!****** I went to Dr. Tavel's office to be seen for new glasses; I had a virtual appointment and it went way better than I expected it to! It was actually almost better than having the Dr right there in front of you. The Dr that I seen was amazing and so helpful with correcting my vision problem. I am definitely glad that I chose the Greenwood office and plan to continue having them take care of my vision. :) If I could give them more stars I definitely would!!!!!!”

“I am happy to report that I have spook with the billing director today and I am now receiving my long over due credit. Thank You Melissa!!! As a result, I am changing my review to 4 stars! I still would recommend asking about any possible credit and keeping an eye on your billing so you do not have to deal with Karen!!! The doctors, nurses and PT dept are excellent. Nothing but 5 stars for them. The billing department however is another story. I have very good insurance and all of my bills have been paid by insurance or myself. The problem is that no one will tell you if you have a credit and once you find out that you have a credit, the billing department will feed a line about future appointments and policies on why you cannot receive your credit. I found out nearly 3 months that I had a credit of $893.49 credit which they apparently have held for nearly a year. I have spoke with their billing dept several times and there is one certain person that has zero empathy for the patients situation. Furthermore, I was still being charged for PT session and appointments while I had this outstanding credit. It's very clear to me that there is a huge disconnect between the people taking my money before a session/appointment and the people in charge of processing my claims. How else could I build such a large credit. So now I have giving my money faithfully to LBJI and in turn they continue to hold my money.”

“Summit Dental is a very nice dental practice. I am grateful that this group accepts my insurance! Every person that I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. The facility is very new, inviting, clean and bright! I go back in a few weeks and can honestly say that I am not hating that I have to return! That says a whole lot, because who loves the dentist?! Dr. Presser was very nice and told me everything I needed and allowed me to make the determination as to what I would do now and perhaps some other work to be done later! No pressure at all!!”

Dr Alavanja was amazing with her and explained everything so we could understand easily as its a big adjustment having to start wearing glasses! “Unreliable. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times within 24hrs of my appointment. But if you're 5 minutes late they won't accept you in the lobby. The nurses are rude, condescending and talk down to you. I would never be allowed to treat people like they do at my job, so the fact that they do is astounding”
