“First of all…. Staff was absolutely amazing! Super supportive always, never had felt anything but welcomed. They were always so quick to respond and helpful. Great advice always. Love them all! Secondly…. The program was awesome! It is great to have this structure and guidance. It was not easy, and it 100 percent life changing. It was wonderful to see the outcome so far, I have lost a total of 30lbs. If you trust your coach and the process it will work wonders. I would recommend this to anyone! Yes it is kinda pricey, however if you’re looking for life changing experience you have to make the move. They work with you for financial advice for the program, don’t just pass it by. Good luck and I wish you all the success! Health and wellness is soon to be yours with this program!”

“I love this office, the staff (Dr’s, NP’s, nurses, lab, reception) are all amazing. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and is always looking to help. I had an unplanned c-section due to fetal distress and it was my worst fear. Dr. Neighbors was on-call and performed the surgery. My partner said when she closed me up, the incision already looked like a scar. Every single Dr and nurse that saw my incision in the hospital said how amazing the incision looked. My baby came out just in time, the cord was wrapped around his neck, he was very blue, and completely limp. He had to be bagged and resuscitated. Thankfully he is doing absolutely perfectly now and I am just so grateful this is the provider I went with.”

“I loved Affinity until last week. I would have given them a 5 star until then. I had a sudden and severe onset of double vision and went in for an exam and testing. I paid that bill. Then went to the ER and was immediately admitted to the hospital in case it was an aneurysm or stroke. After release four days later I got a call from Affinity that the doctor wanted to do another test and follow up. As I was leaving that visit I was handed a bill for $89 for the test! What??? I was called back by the doctor. I was never informed that there would be additional charges. There typically is not on a follow up. When I called regarding the bill I was told that they had actually given me a smoking deal. So the $89 was a supposed great thing. When I said I thought that was so wrong! I was told that I probably wasn’t a good fit as a client. But that they would delete the payment and mark me off the client list. Wow. What a way to do business! No accountability. I guess if they want to call me in every week for more tests they want to perform, I should just guess how much it is going to be and just shell out the cash!? Really bad business model. Yes, I am not a good fit for your services. I’m not interested in depending on a business that uses a sliding scale with integrity. I may not be a fit for them but they are absolutely not a fit for me!”
