“Unfortunately wasn't feeling the best and had to visit BHUC. I was given amazing care with Provider Andrea, nurse Aubrey, the front desk and lab. Every single person was wonderful and caring. Provider Andrea validated my pain was real and kept me informed on what results were. She made sure I was comfortable in the care plan. Absolutely nothing negative with my experience with them.”

“Not a great place to go for the emergency room. We brought our daughter in to get some test ran as she wasn’t feeling good and is not normally fussy but when we got the doctor to look at her all he did was check her breathing and said well you guys are first time parents so your worrying more. No test were ran to even check to make sure she would be okay or anything he just said if it gets worse then come back. When I got in I would expect that somebody would do their job and run the tests as it’s not very helpful to have someone say well you first time parents. Just run the tests if we are in the emergency room it’s your job.”
