“My wife and I stayed at Sanjeevanam very recently for 18 days. The facility, location, and cleanliness of the room and service area are outstanding. All the staff from doctors to the front desk provided outstanding services. However, I am very disappointed with the billing and finance department. They are unwilling to make any changes in the invoice where they have used wrong terminologies. These codes are important to private insurance companies, particularly in the USA. Because of this, part of my claim will be denied, and I will have to forgo about Rs. 2 lakhs ($2500). Maryland, USA”

“Stayed here for about 21 days and had an incredibly restful, peaceful, and healing time here. The staff and doctors here are so friendly that you really don't feel lonely. I got lucky and was able to meet many people here who are also experiencing some sort of chronic illness/stress in their lives. Listening to their perspectives and struggles was an important part of my own healing. Everything here happens in a timely manner, from the daily treatments to the room cleanings. The therapist here were so fun to talk to. I got the opportunity to learn about the local culture and the way of life for them here in Kerala. They were so kind and even brought me some temple offerings to take home when I expressed my sadness of not being able to go myself (we are not allowed to leave the nursing home compound). Special shout out to the canteen uncle Gopi (I think) who made sure I had all my meals, and even took the effort to come to my room and double check if I wanted my meals to be sent to the room. He also took the effort to introduce me to other guests/patients who were also from my country, which helped me feel even more at home ❤️ Attached are some of the meals I had here!”

“My wife and I recently spent 2 weeks at Krishnendu. My wife had a minor spondylitis issue and I just wanted improve my overall wellness . The staff are magnificent . I have rarely met kinder, warmer or more helpful people . The food was healthy but tasty and interesting . The rooms were comfortable. My wife’ s shoulder and neck are totally pain free and I feel much better overall. We intend to make a visit here an annual routine .”

“CIMAR Women’s hospital is one of the best Maternity hospital in India with lot of good doctors, nursing staffs, other staffs and top level facilities.Rooms facilities and services are very good.All staffs in all departments are very good, professional and well behaved. Our both babies are from CIMAR.We had a very good hospital facilities both the time. We would like to mention some points in which we were not satisfied. First One is Canteen Facility. The Canteen facility is not as per the CIMAR standard.Food quality is very poor.Staffs are OK,but the food quality,standard and services need to be improved. Second point is about the Parking area. Half of the parking area near MOM block is for doctors,and in the other half customers can park hardly about 10 cars.When there is a huge rush,parking facility is provided on nearby empty lands.Those lands are not properly maintained.It is the hospital management’s responsibility to provide good parking facility for their valuable customers. And finally a very important point regarding photo shoot arranged by CIMAR Hospital. We had a very worst experience about photo shoot.We were informed that the photo shoot will be carried out in a separate room in MOM block.But we were shocked by seeing that room.There was no AC, no fan and the room was like a godown with lot of unwanted items.The room was not clean.The room was dusty and suffocated.And the photographer is not trained to handle the new born babies.He was not even wearing a mask while handling the baby.The bed and blanket used for taking photo was not clean.We were surprised how the doctors allow this practice as they handle the new born babies very very carefully and in a very hygienic way. The new born baby photo shoot is a third party business and is done with the consent of Baby’s parents.However hospital management and staff should have the control over them. If something happened to the baby by the mishandling of photographer…who will be responsible…??? Thank you.”

“Was here due to chest pain and for angiogram for my father. Was admitted here for two days. Good service. All expenses were covered under insurance and the hospital did not ask for advance payments. Doctors were all very helpful and courteous. Hospital is well maintained and clean. Surrounding view odlf the hospital is scenic. Cafeteria has good options for food at reasonable price.”

“I would like to appreciate the nurses in the hospital for their dedicated service. My child had been admitted due to chest infection and high fever. We got E ward as per the current insurance policy. I was not much impressed with the overall condition of the room. The cleaning staffs are cleaning the room everyday but I couldn't see any honest cleaning from their side. The edges of the room and the windows had dust, and the condition of the electrical equipments(especially fan) was also not in good condition. Except for that, the hospital is okay in overall service.”

Staff too friendly and helpful.waiting area need to be improved with more seats and air, arrangements to lessen the heat, we feel inside the waiting room(though 1 AC is fitted,it's effect is not getting in the hall). Better change the position of AC to fix it near the seats. Overall a good hospital with better reasonable rates. :)”
