“I paid 75 euro for SAME DAY GARGLE PCR.... I submitted my sample at 11:40am. I didn't receive my results within the same day. Their website says results for same day tests (which cost extra money) will arrive by midnight. I am still waiting. I am seriously concerned that I will miss my flight because this company (the people who run their organization) is unreliable. Please listen to the commentors. Find an alternative provider of tests. I hope that the government starts holding these companies accountable. In the comment section on this location alone, tens of thousands of dollars have been lost in medical appointments and travel appointments for NO REASON other than the fact that the company cannot adhere to the schedules that they advertise. They're not responsible for delays.... they aren't responsible if they injure you while swabbing you... they're not responsible if they lose your sample and force you to retest.. They're not responsible for anything.. not accountable for anything- so you should not trust them with your money. They will let you down.”
