“I started pre-surgery rehabilitation for my knee ACL injury here. Visited once a week last 3 months and the overall experience has been fantastic. The receptionists are always welcoming. You have lockers to leave your stuff during session. The clinic is on 4th floor and entering into lift always needs access to be given by staff in ground floor. Medicover had 3 options and I chose this center based on reviews and distance to my office. A Medicover referral allows you 5 physiotherapy sessions of 30 minutes each. I booked 1 hour sessions every time as it makes sense. The mini gym room has everything we need for exercises - weights, dumbbells, swiss ball, knee exercise bands, weight balls, jump boxes, benches etc.”

“As far as I can say, from the treatment with Dr. Kamila, I am very satisfied, but the customer service at the Clinic leaves much to be desired. The ladies at the registration desk are not the most polite and willing to help, not to mention the lack of communication between the registration staff. After making a dozen or so phone calls, I managed to arrange an appointment.”
