“Bad customer care - lack of empathy and rudeness towards a new possible patient I couldn’t get an appointment for an emergency simply because it was a temporary crown from another dentist. I was told that anything initiated by another dentist is not something they want to interfere with. They would not even listen to the details - they just redirected me to another practice (Dental 365). I also wanted other new dental services from Lassus Keizersgracht but they wouldn’t even listen. If you absolutely want to be their patient, I assume the best way is to book an intake without providing too many details upfront. After you have registered this way, they might want to accept you as their patient.”

“Just got lasik here and had an amazing experience! I’ve had horrible vision my whole life and have had to wear glasses or contacts since I was a little kid (I’m 31 now). I finally can see for the first time! The doctors here are so nice, they walked me through the process step by step and made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend.”

“Aweful, never had such an experience with dentists, trying to make a cleaning last as long as possible (switching tools literally every 5 seconds) and not using the pressure device for most of the time. Teeth were hurting for days, which never happened to me in 25 years. High part wasn't done despite 30 min time, which is usually all done in less than that at any dentists I've been too. Trick to force me to take an other appointment, which I didn't because of the pain and serious concern my teeth might have been damaged with excessive use of tools and hand pressure instead of water pressure. Outrageous price, longer time on the bill than what was done and insane bill for a simple cleaning! I opened a claim against them. They ignore your emails of course. Run away!”

“The level of service at this hospital is fantastic. We came to the Netherlands on vacation, but had a medical emergency for our kid. The staff that registered us were very friendly and accommodating. Our son even got a little gift to keep him distracted while we waited for a doctor. Thank you for making a very stressful experience less stressful for our family!”

“Great gym in a great location. People are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Especially worth mentioning is Camilla who is a personal trainer on staff there. She has outstanding professional skills but is also excellent in interpersonal contact with her client. She finds the exact sweet spot between a challenging work out and finishing it with the feeling of success and accomplishment. Highly recommended. Only one point of improvement: shower conditions at this gym could be better (bit more privacy would be nice)”
