“If I could give more than five stars I would. This is the third rehab facility my child has been to and by a far the best experience. The staff truly cares and Hop (counselor) made a big impact on my child. The grounds are serene and inviting. With the consent of your loved one, the staff keeps you informed. They also work hard on making sure your loved one has an aftercare plan. I would highly recommend this facility.”

“I went in didn’t know what to expect…The front desk person and the person who took me to the exam room were very professional and kind…The lab personnel was very kind even though I was a hard stick 😁 My provider and his assistant were fantastic…my exam and concerns were met with professionalism….They were very knowledgeable and had great personalities…I was given the chance to voice my problems and all were met with “how we are going to get you well” I liked that! Every problem I went in with was addressed and solved! My overall experiences were very satisfactory..”

We were sent straight to Jackson that same night without having to wait any longer than necessary. They prioritize their sickest patients and their needs. “This has been literally a traumatizing experience. I gave them two stars only because it was the cheapest I’ve seen as far as having a couple tooth extractions. I went on Friday, the 10th. No one talked me through it, came in the room and asked for me open my mouth before I knew it, he was numbing my up in very painful spots. I get it, maybe it’s just me and I need to be given a walk through. Then came to pulling my two teeth, he yanked back and forth on my top consistently, for 20 or so minutes. That’s painful, I have a slit where they held my mouth open for so long. Then my bottom came out. I was told to be quiet, that there’s other patients here while I’m crying because it’s hurting so badly. My face is swollen and still hurting 3 days later, needed an extension on my work excuse for just today, oh they can’t do that since they didn’t see me today. That was early this morning and then I call this afternoon about noticing I had a dry socket. Well I call again and the receptionist was very rude, and finally got an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. And quite honestly im nervous to even be seen but I need my mouth fixed so I will not be in so much pain. I have been to one other dentist prior and I can promise you this is not normal. I only came here because my primary dentist was slammed full for the next couple of months. I promise I will never be back after this.”
