“Doctor Aswini is really good. She will guide us in the right direction. Medicines are readily available and the nurses are really good, especially Asha nurse. However the staff who file the reports sometimes make a lot of mistakes, so we need to take printout and file beforehand.”

“Please don't go by the negative reviews. My mom was admitted this afternoon here after not getting any beds in any hospital. The head of Desai nursing home recommended this place to my dad. The staff were courteous. My mom needed an ICU but it was not available. The doctor assured my dad that all care will be taken and all necessary meds will be administered, Remdesivir included. My mom was immediately put on oxygen. She's in a double bedroom, but single occupancy because of Covid. She gave us a report in the evening as we were concerned. She said nothing to worry. This hospital was God sent. They already administer 3 injections, is on continuous O2, they gave her sugarless coffee, and some fruits. Staff were very courteous. She told us not to worry at all. So please don't go by negative reviews. 50% of the hospital allocation is done by BBMP. So the rude staff could be anyone. Be mindful that all doctors and staff are overstretched and doing everything they can to treat patients. We have to be patient and courteous with them during these tough times. My best wishes to you and your family members. Stay safe, stay positive, this too shall pass.”

“VIVIDUS HOSPITAL I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience with your hospital when my father was admitted due to vitamin deficiency. Overall, I found the hospital to be exceptionally clean and tidy, which is commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns. Firstly, there were instances where the cleaning staff (housekeeping) was not readily available near the ward. It would be beneficial to ensure constant coverage so that requests can be promptly addressed, even when one staff member is occupied with other tasks. Additionally, I observed that some nursing staff members exhibited a rather rude tone. It would greatly improve the overall experience if the nursing staff could maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, fostering a more positive and responsive environment. I understand that it's important not to generalize, and I refrain from mentioning specific names, as I believe it's unfair to hold everyone accountable for the actions of a few individuals. I trust that you will consider these points and take appropriate measures to enhance the overall patient experience at your hospital. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Thanks.”

“Marvel Hospital is easily one of the best hospitals in our City. The care they take here is next level. Each and every patient is made to feel comfortable by all the staff and they are extremely caring apart from being soft spoken. All the patient needs are attended to quite swift. And needless to say the Doctor Mamatha is a class apart. She is a thorough professional and is extremely knowledgeable and a very humble human being. She makes the patient feel that they are in very safe hands and indeed they are. My Mother in Law felt real good here. Would definitely recommend this place to all.”

“Long pending review. unethical, unprofessional, money minded.. Travelled from far away after already informing that I will go for laser and peel for under eye.. when we reached, the receptionist forced me and my sister to consult.. i informed the doctor I have visited 2 doctors and will directly proceed with the above treatment but the doctor insisted to consult and finally suggested the same process.. and or my sister she consulted as she never met any derma before.. later we were forcibly charged to pay for two consultations.. when complianed, the doctor and the receptionist forced us to pay the consultation for me which clearly was not needed . We threw the prescriptions and paid the money and left this digusting place😡 . No one is stupid to travel so far and give bad feedback . Very poor experience with this clinic.. Thank you maam for responding to my review however kindly note, when i had contacted your staff initially, they should have asked me to consult you before confirming the prices/discount for the procedures to be agreed to performed by them .also kindly take the feedback to improve the customer experience and in positive sense . We are educated and nobody wants to give fake feedback to ruin anyone's reputation..so avoid whatsapp messages to delete the review!! Appreciate your response again and hope the improvement. Thanks.”
