Insurance through work would not kick in for 2 months, had signed up for another alternative. when I arrived at appt fully expecting to pay out of pocket, an astute receptionist checked on both ins accts, to uncover one of them had been approved. After I met with the Dr she came & gave me another fund related update. I so very appreciated this news, and her simple efforts to look that up when I was already in discomfort and just wanting this break to get fixed. Not to mention the doctor as well as the rest of the staff were all attentive, efficient, quick & caring.”
