“I am surprised this place is rated so high. Both stars I gave are for the front desk services because the dental services I received, do not even deserve 2 stars. The doctor that saw my daughter (sreenivasan) was not concerned at all. It felt like he was in a rush to leave or see the next patient. He looked at the xray, said “there is a cavity but nothing needs to be done, she’s 9 y/o and too young, see u maybe in 6 months, thank you, nice to meet you, goodbye”.. all in one breath! Complete waste of our time. No conversation. No concern. Get out. We were referred to him by another dentist in his office. If the case was so insignificant, perhaps a referral was not needed?”

The reception staff are focused on making your visit as smooth as possible and very helpful in making that happen. I have already visited the Orthopaedics Dept., Radiography and very soon will have sessions at the Physiotherapy Department. All members of Medical staff I have met to date are extremely professional, as they inform me about my osteoarthritis and how it can be treated. I would highly recommend HSMC for the high calibre of their medical staff and the quality of care given by the nurses and administration. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to patient care.”

“The endoscopy unit team and gastroenterology consultant Dr Naglaa were very caring, patient and professional. From when I entered the unit, the receptionist was very welcoming and had a smile on her face. We joked about couple of things and this made me feel less anxious. The assistants also informed me at every step of the way what to expect and reassured me it would be fine. They were all welcoming and made me feel relaxed and less nervous.
