“Dr. Misty made sure my skin problem was addressed and was knowledgable on what and how I could get rid of it in a timely manner. I had a lot of anxiety even coming and asking for help and was really nervous about showing that kind of vulnerability but it was addressed in a professional manner and I will be clear and free of my issue quickly. One of the nurses wish I got her name was so good with my 2 year old and my 2 year old has sensory issues and delayed speech and took to her right away which surprised me because shes not fond of many people . There were snacks for my child to have to keep her busy and I'm really just glad to have this issue taken care of I waited to long to ask for help for something that could have been fixed quickly.”

“I had an appointment with Dr Merritt. He was absolutely amazing. I got checked in, his nurse came asked some questions (by the way she was super sweet) she brought me right to Xray then I went back to the room. Dr Merritt came in asked a bunch more questions. He was so caring and got to the bottom of my issues in 1 visit. I thought I would have to come back several times but no! I walked in in so much pain and walked out like i got a new pair of hips!!!!!!! I can’t thank Dr enough and I appreciate the staff so much for being so caring and helpful. I called my mom right away and let her know I found a fantastic Dr who actually cares. She will be on the phone tomorrow making an appointment. From the front desk to Dr I give a million stars”

“Kathy at the front desk is very dry and very rude. Simple responses like you’re welcome and thank you would improve her performance at the reception desk. A simple greeting of hello would also help. She was training someone and it’s concerning that her trainee may think her customer service skills are acceptable. They are not. Not a welcoming experience at the front desk. The dentist and hygienist were great.”
