“My initial visit went very well with the exception of having to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment (not a big deal, it was busy) The staff I encountered during my visit were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed to be rushed and didn’t make me feel relaxed, especially on my first visit (seemed preoccupied or indifferent) No problem, everyone has bad days. The young woman (Sam) was excellent in asking me questions and providing my treatment. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and valued as her patient.”

“The lady who gave me my blood work was absolutely terrible. I had a lab req from the ER. I spent the better part of my ER visit in tears due to the nature of my visit and therefor wasn’t terribly concerned with the names of the several doctors who had treated me. She couldn’t read the name on the requisition and was having a hissy fit over it and blaming me for not knowing. I began to cry as I am still emotionally damaged from the nature of my visit. She didn’t say a thing and kept pestering me. She finally found the doctors name in the system( the way I had believed it to be)and took my blood. There was zero bedside manner and she was aggressive. My arm has been hurting since and there is a concerning amount of bruising. Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never be returning. I have been crying in my car since the appointment.”

“I highly recommend this Dentist location, especially if you have dental anxiety. The main dentist and dental assistant are extremely professional, friendly and understood my anxiety. For my 2nd visit I had a tooth extraction where they explained and provided a sedation option which ended up being a life saver. I have more work to do with my teeth but I know I’ll come back to this location because I feel comfortable here.”
