“Everything about the Women’s Specialists of NM was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were so nice. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was called back so quickly. Their nurse Rosa is incredible and did a fantastic job. Also, Dr. Mayo is absolutely amazing. They listened to everything I said and came up with a solution. Highly recommend them.”

“The lack of empathy displayed by the staff at this facility is appalling. Instead of showing understanding during a difficult situation, the employee I encountered chose to smile and giggle inappropriately. It's one thing to be upbeat, but their timing was entirely insensitive. Despite being slightly late due to unforeseen circumstances, including a traffic incident, I was denied a simple check-in appointment to inquire about braces costs. The staff insisted the necessary x-rays and examination would take an excessive amount of time, with no consideration for my situation. The employee's cheerful attitude throughout this ordeal was completely inappropriate and unsympathetic. I advise against visiting this facility, as there are many other orthodontic practices that are genuinely friendly and understanding, unlike this one. In short, the staff at this facility needs to better themselves in empathy and friendliness.”

“Wonderful caring vets and staff. A place you fur baby is more then just a pet or a number. It's a place where you and your fur baby is remember and always ask about all your babies not just the one that's there. Knowledgeable and give best care and advice at a reasonable cost! Would not trust anyone else with the care of my fur babies! They saved Zeus life and almost 4 weeks in he's doing great!”

“My visits to Rio Grande Urgent Care are essential to myself, my family and friends and neighbors. I've scheduled to be seen as a regular patient and dropped in as an urgent care patient. I love that they are located in the neighborhood and we can be seen quickly, no hours of waiting. Staff are friendly and helpful and assuring. It often takes less time than a scheduled doctor's visit. We are just down the road and when my husband fell and his broke ribs, it was a no brainer. We were able to get x rays, a wrap and the medications he needed the rest was recovery. Rio Grande Urgent Care has become our first choice for family emergency care and a great option as primary care. It's the place to go when you don't require a hospital. I recommend their health care services and feel good knowing they're right around the corner.”
