“My dog had some kind of seizure. Our regular vet didn’t have a doctor on staff so I called Catoosa Small Animal Hospital. They were able to get me right in. Dr. Sarah and the rest of the staff were very professional and empathetic. Dr. Sarah ran tests and took her time explaining to me what was happening. They did a Cushings test. I’ll have results in a week. I was extremely impressed with this business and the people employed here.”

“The general consensus among many consumer that have bad service and poor attitude are common among many businesses. I had the opportunity to experience just the opposite of such commonality with GenScripts Pharmacy on 41st and Hudson in Tulsa. I was experiencing anxiety as I accidentally took a double dose of a certain medication and I needed advice from a pharmacist. First, I called the corner drug store that I purchased the medication from, but the recorded messages kept advising me on everything except what I needed to speak to a pharmacist. After my anxiety combined with my frustration forced me to remember GenScripts, as I have purchased other medication from them. In less than 2 minutes a pharmacist was on the phone and sounding courteous. I can sense her willingness to listen while understandably being busy with other clients. I stated my case and the name of the medication I took, she clarified the matter for me in about 40 seconds and assured me that I will live. She took away my anxiety, frustration, in exchange of nothing. GenScripts, does not preach customer service, they practice it. The pharmacist that rescued me is Courtney. Thank you again Courtney.”

“I’m so mad!! I have ongoing injuries from a car wreck. Two weeks ago I had an injection in my spine. Follow up was today. I get here and apparently Hendricks is not in office! They SAID they left a voicemail for me! I NEVER got the voicemail!! Looks like I would’ve got a call back if I didn’t respond to their voicemail! They shouldn’t just assume I got it!! Now it’s been over 2 weeks for injection that didn’t work!! I’m still in pain! Who do I see now? I will not go back to Hendricks!!”

“I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!! Sat in there for an hour before someone in the next bldg told me she wasn't going to be there until 330. Had someone call and they were told 230. I shows up at 230 sharp and it turns out the lady here was hustling me. Even after showing her in writing what I needed to be tested for and her saying yes, that's a 10 panel for new hire, we can do that for you. In actuality, she purposely neglected to test for pcp and was trying to charge me for another test. Even after us supposedly coming to a resolution, having me come in and wasted 4 hours of my life that I'll never get back, I still have to go get tested for the pcp. She will try to over talk you and ignore the fact that she messed up. ITS IN WRITING!!! HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT!!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!! SHE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! AND WHAT IM TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF IS VERY TIME SENSITIVE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY LIE LIE LIE”
