“Business and professional staff were helpful and capable. I am a nervous patient and they were caring and effective. The process is difficult for me but they saw me through it very professionally. The nurse was very thorough in guiding me on all of the care details, with explanations and materials and called me this morning to review everything, check on my condition and procedures and answer all questions. The doctors at Kanata where the initial consultation was and Carling Avenue where the procedure was done were very helpful. All of my files were organized well at both locations.”

“I had such a great experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was lucky to be treated by Raphael Payant. I had injured my knee from dance and he really helped me understand the technology of my muscles, bones, and everything in between. He was very reassuring, fun, skilled in his work, and guided me to the right direction for recovery. I also very liked how thoughtful the exercise plan, and the exercises themselves, were. The treating Dr took imagery of my legs (which had not been done before in a timely manner) and devised a treatment plan that is far better than what I had in the past through the other clinic. I totally feel that I am in "good hands". Very very happy.”

“I was helping out a family member by taking a pup in to get his cast off. Some of the reception staff was less than friendly. End of the day it was very busy and a lot of clients coming and going so checking in while keeping animals apart and calm was a challenge, so to be greeted as though we were not following protocol was unnecessary. Vet care was good, thorough and courteous, which is the most important part.”

“Inside clinic service staffs are excellent except couple of them work for counter reception, always busy during the weekdays, long line-up without spacing to move around. Some of the "Patient" are talking🗣️ or on mobile phone 📱 so noisy⁉️🤔😱😤 , the other hand is the parking 🅿️ machine is hard to use it and understanding - low technology. $ Even you're only parking 🅿️ your car 🚗 for 1/2 or 1 hr still need to pay for 4 dollars 🪙 whole day service fees. Suggest to wear the medical mask 😷 for some people are coughing and 🤢🤮🤧sick inside the waiting room😨 .”

“I’ve always had very pleasant receptionists, I gave it 3 stars because it’s extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. I’ve been calling within their opening and closing time and respecting their lunch close. It has been a week and I still can’t get anyone, you call and get a beeping sound, every day, all day. Most of the technicians are quite nice but others don’t want you to talk or be there. With my first I had a gallbladder surgery and had to go see them and the pressure they were using was so painful. I thought my stitches would open up or my baby would come out: I did say some were nice, and those technicians that I had to chance to meet were kind hearted. They explained everything and went above and beyond making my experience great. Sadly, out of 2 pregnancies where I had to have numerous ultrasounds I only have one good 3 second video. All of my other images that I’d pay (6$/each) look like I’m looking a brushstrokes..nothing looks human. So, this time around, I’ll advocate first and see if paying for an image of the top of belly is worth it. If you’re looking for that perfect profile view image or clean picture of your baby in the tummy..even if you prepare and drink all the water, you will not get it here. With my first baby my husband went in and he had a great experience, for the second is was during the pandemic so I went by myself, so my husband has a good impression of the clinic. I’ve never felt rushed as I go in with the mindset that it’s a 10 min appointment, so it’s in and out. I did pay to have some specialized ultrasound pictures at UCBaby where they offer 4D ultrasound and they take their time 20-30 min (depending on the package you chose and how much you pay). Overall it’s great place, clean and convenient, you have the lab in the same location. As I finished writing this review, my call was taken and after 18 min on hold I spoke to someone, I have an appointment in 2 weeks.”
