“Moved here a year ago and needed a new optometrist. Every single employee was so helpful, kind, and took their time. The assistant was wonderful and so sweet. The doctor was incredible. She took her time talking to me and working out my concerns and really listened to what I had to say and then broke down my exam results with me. It’s rare these days to walk in and not feel rushed or like just another number. The woman (I wish I could remember names) at the front was very friendly and the entire transaction was very quick even though they were busy. She even tightened my frames that I came in with as they were very loose AND refit some other glasses I had with me too because they were too front heavy and always fell off. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Will definitely be keeping this place and coming back for all future appointments :) Can’t wait for my new frames! 10/10.”
