“I have been going to this gym for a year and I have always really enjoyed it, the classes and the atmosphere. Today I went with my boyfriend to renew our subscription and the girl at the reception was very rude to us. She had a very bad attitude, she asked us how we were going to pay and we didn't understand because we thought they already had the card in the system. She was very despotic and arrogant when trying to explain to us, she even told me "the important thing is that I understand, not you." At the end, we were so surprised by her behavior that we did not renew the subscription with her, although eventually we will renew it because overall this was one time inconvenience. I hope you take this message into consideration because it is not fair for customers to be treated this way.”

“Créa-med is a good private clinic but after my experience with Dr. Philipe Rohe, I definitely had to write for others to see. I thought it was an isolated case but if you look also at rateMD, it is also the latter. Dr.Rohe comes off as a very condescending tone, makes you feel stupid and literally lacks any signs of empathy/ active listening. By asking simple questions, he gives off the tone as if I was dumb, and literally judged me by saying but why would you do that... It's baffling to me that someone has the audacity to make you feel you're wasting your time when you're paying... for a private clinic. Unless it was a medical urgency, I'd avoid him just for the fact he lacks the basic human compassion (FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU PAY). Honestly, I was shook and took me to some time to process what I experienced. At first, I wanted a refund following what I just experienced but I'm over it. I'm writing this as a cautionary tale because based on his reviews,I am not the only one,. This is my experience and opinion, I'd caution to do your own research for the doctors that you pay.”

“Going to a Vet can be worrisome, just like going to a garage, but this clinic changed our view. The quality of service was outstanding, even a little too much where I felt bad for everything they did and included. Like regular calls to keep us informed, accessories, care, boarding, etc. We were referred to this place by a family member, he had also received outstanding service which is rare for him to say. Our cat broke and dislocated it's hind leg. The kind of situation where you're stuck with a decision, that usually comes with a hefty price tag. Choosing a clinic for an intervention/surgery vs a checkup/vaccine isn't the same thing. This Animal Hospital is equipped and able to take proper care of our little ones, without the price gouging, and emotional sales tactics. Just like that rare honest car mechanic everyone looks for, we found that veterinarian clinic.”

My Dr. caught something that wasn't even on my radar and was so quick to get all the tests done to rule anything serious out. The clinic on the weekend has also been a complete life saver. They are always able to fit us in if there is an emergency and I am so grateful.”

“They lie to and cheat their customers in order to upsell. Then if you leave a bad review the owner will call you and try to bribe you into removin your review. I removed my initial review because I felt bad for him, but now I think what he is doing is cheating the review system. Bunch of arrogant staff, typical SJW communist hippie types. Treated me like an idiot and tried everything in their power to rip me off.”
