Upon moving here from California I have been appalled at the lack of unprofessionalism and terrible service I have experienced from many different businesses. After having horrible experiences at other dentist/orthodontics I found Scott Orthodontics like a diamond in the rough! This place is a little far from my house and does not except my insurance and I still make the hour drive and pay out of pocket than to go anywhere else. This office and everyone working there are upbeat, caring people who radiate positivity and make you feel comfortable. These reviews are also what led me to this office and I hope my review will do the same for anyone reading. If you want thee best for your child.. take them here. There needs to be more stars for this office. 5 is not enough!”

“The staff @ AT Radiology were amazing, timely and proficient in all departments. Nicole checked me in in under 1 minute with a ,"Good Morning!" before she even finished the prior patients' booking. I was promptly called back within 3-5 minutes by Lauren who was just darling and smiling the whole time. Josh who completed 3 X-rays as fast as you can say go...was awesome. The whole staff as a collective got my day started out fantastic. I do not post many reviews, but these young people's passion shone though so much that their efficiency had me call and see who I could speak to to commend them. “I had a terrible toothache for 2 days and called to get an appointment. They could get me in at 4:00 the next day. By that morning, the pain was so bad that I had to do something. I called before the office opened and left a message that I couldn't wait that long and had to be seen earlier. We decided to take a chance and just show up. We were half way there when Kelly called and said yes, come in. The whole staff was amazing! They had me all checked in when I got there. After a few minutes wait, I was taken back for x-rays and a consult. Dr. Lakhani looked at it and made some suggestions. I met with Jackie, the financial person, went over the costs, paid my bill (much less than I had feared!) and was in the chair getting novocaine within 75 minutes. Kaylee (sp?), the dental assistant was so kind and even held my hand a few times during the procedure. Dr. Lakhani was knowledgeable, funny and very personable and wouldn't start until he was certain that I could feel absolutely nothing while he worked. The tooth was abstracted and I was pretty much pain free within 2 hours. This was seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to a medical or dental issue and I would definitely go back if needed. Thanks to a great team!”

“Update: Zuly Was amazing and made the time worth while. My experience change from all around and the Dr. Carlo was great attentive and listened to my needs. Unlike my first Doctor here. The place was super clean! Front desk and all staff super nice! Why one star: 1. It is my first visit and requested a specific Dr. Which is the one I choose and to my surprise it was someone else. 2. I was barely able to explain my issues. I could barely talk. I was interrupted many times. The time.spend with the P.A. was fast and did not felt cared for. 3. O told about and issue I have with stomach issues for over a week, and he said take over the counter stuff. Take Imodium! I try to say I have taken over the counter stuff and my regular meds and nothing has happened. Did not ask for any other symptoms or anything. 4. I felt he did not care about my current health problems and did not needed any explanations of them as he continue to show carelessness. Besides that bad experience that made me feel like a money making cow and not like human being that is cared for, all other staff was lovely, front desk, lab tech, medical assistant, all were lovely I would have done a 5 star Review. It is sad that because one person all the establishment get one star.”

This lady here is flirting with another person that apparently she knew and the face expression she gives clients coming in or the clients waiting here asking how long is the wait is just not professional… Ac is broken as well so the least we can receive is some acceptable customer service. I will personally drive to a different location and deal with anybody else but this female you have represented your store.”

“When I came in today my loved one was wet. His aid was quick to get him cleaned up. I we very grateful, although not everything has been so smooth. The first day I had to ask four times to have the bathroom cleaned . That took at least eight hours. The recliner in his room is broken . This is the third day , we were told again that a work order was requested. I hope so, he really misses his recliner at home. I am very aware that the staff is busy and they can't be everywhere. I am grateful for the kindness that has been extended. This is a new experience for us and we are just trying to make the best of a hard situation”

“I searched all over locally for a power wheelchair that had the features I needed, then found Marc's. I called and spoke with Sal who understood my needs, the features of the various chairs, and helped me narrow down the right one. Follow-ups were fast, friendly and informative. After I ordered the chair Alex called to verify one of the measurements and was also very informative. They shipped the chair through R&L Carriers from Florida to Oregon. R&L communicated a delivery date and time window and were on time, friendly and put the pallet right where I needed it for unboxing. All and all this was a perfectly smooth purchase of a used chair that looks like it's brand new. I felt good dealing with Sal/Marc's right from the start and am glad I did!”
