“Would love to give this place a higher rating. The doctors are really personable and seem knowledgeable, but they're impossible to get to. I've never had a hold time less than 10 minutes, and when trying to schedule a dermatology appointment, I call in, get one piece of information, try to figure out my transportation, call back, and get different information, not the least of which is that the dermatologist doesn't schedule more than 4 weeks out. Not sure how they can operate like that. They don't really seem to know how to handle calls or appointments. If you can get one, the docs are great, but I don't have that kind of time to keep calling back and getting jerked around. Best of luck.”

“We did a takeout order last night for two salads, an açaí bowl and a smoothie. My husband and I got the same salad. His was fine but mine came with a completely old, brown avocado that still had the skin/top attached. I had to pick all the avocado out and throw it away. I would have expected better quality care for a crisp and green salad. :( The smoothie (date night) was also not super tasty and it was gritty. The açaí bowel was really yummy though and the girl who brought the food out was kind. Would not recommend takeout here, however, since you don’t know the quality you will get.”

“I have been going here for years. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Kind and gentle. 9-5 Pool therapy with therapist Sharon. Good for discovery No referral needed!!!! I've gone to other pain clinics, NURA pain clinic in Edina is not like them others. When I visit here I leave with more understanding and answers to where my pain is coming from and with therapy options and nearly painless injections and other procedures I am more confident with hope that life can be more enjoyable.”

“The staff was OUTSTANDING and went above and beyond. The nurses & midwives made me feel supported and cared for, respected my birth preferences and did a TON of comfort measures to help make labor & delivery as comfortable as possible (including massages, position changes, helping me use a birth ball & peanut ball, guided pushing when I requested). My labor, from start to finish, was 5 hours, and I can say it was a positive, loving & intense experience. I felt like the staff wasn't pushing interventions and was patient in explaining things to me. My midwives were: Natalie Jacobson-Dunlop & Andrea King. What a difference it makes to have people in the room who are on your side, positive, encouraging and respectful. My labor nurses were: Brittany & Mary (the BEST). Postpartum care was also excellent, with helpful lactation consultants, nurses & pediatricians coming in frequently to provide support & coaching around newborn care (which we 100% needed as first time parents). I cannot imagine a better labor, delivery & postpartum hospital. If I could give it 10 stars out of 5, I would!”

“If you are a person of color, please do not come to this place! I had Dr.Reid and I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life! She didn’t care for me as a patient of 1 year. My experience with her was something I don’t wish upon anyone. I tried to report her, and the Executive Director let me know that she can’t don anything because she’s the owner? Please don't waste your time for a 5 minute appointment.”
