“I loved Affinity until last week. I would have given them a 5 star until then. I had a sudden and severe onset of double vision and went in for an exam and testing. I paid that bill. Then went to the ER and was immediately admitted to the hospital in case it was an aneurysm or stroke. After release four days later I got a call from Affinity that the doctor wanted to do another test and follow up. As I was leaving that visit I was handed a bill for $89 for the test! What??? I was called back by the doctor. I was never informed that there would be additional charges. There typically is not on a follow up. When I called regarding the bill I was told that they had actually given me a smoking deal. So the $89 was a supposed great thing. When I said I thought that was so wrong! I was told that I probably wasn’t a good fit as a client. But that they would delete the payment and mark me off the client list. Wow. What a way to do business! No accountability. I guess if they want to call me in every week for more tests they want to perform, I should just guess how much it is going to be and just shell out the cash!? Really bad business model. Yes, I am not a good fit for your services. I’m not interested in depending on a business that uses a sliding scale with integrity. I may not be a fit for them but they are absolutely not a fit for me!”

“Our 4 year old dog, Rebound, woke up on a Sunday morning and started losing the ability to use his rear legs. We were relieved Jackpot was open and willing to see him within 2 hours. By the time we arrived, Rebound had lost all use of his back end. Dr. Coy saw him and immediately knew the problem was IVDD, which without swift action could result in permanent paralysis. She immediately began calling Neurologists in hopes to reach one willing to exam our dog and perform surgery on a Sunday, outside of normal clinic hours. Her efforts paid off and within a short time, we were on the road to Phoenix headed to the Neurologist for surgery. Due to the swift response of Dr. Coy, her efforts, and the responding neurologist, Rebound is now on the road to recovery. He has full mobility again and is on the rebound, living up to his name! We are eternally grateful - THANK YOU SO MUCH, Dr. Coy!!!”

I. got there the place was clean and I was greeted in a professional friendly way after that I explained my reason for being there did paperwork hardly waited and was check by a Doctor then a nurse who both were very professional and polite. Then was given paperwork and instructions they answer all my questions in a friendly professional way then I left. I had to return after 48 hrs and same treatment friendly and professional on my second visit.”

“Getting to Radiology Ltd. was a long drive through beautiful, rural scenery. The entrance to South Entrance was clearly marked, and the lobby to Radiology Ltd. was easy to find. Check-in was quick, and my wait to be called was very reasonable. I was there for two exams, each carried out by a different technician. The bone density was first. I am so short I needed a step stool to help me get onto the table. Once there, the woman placed me in the correct positions to proceed with the exam. I wish I'd asked her what data she was collecting so I'd understand better what was going on. My mammogram went well except I put the gown on backwards. Four images were taken and I had no idea my breasts were that long. There was no smashing of them while the exam was carried which was a relief. Each staff member was helpful and courteous, and I was pleased at the treatment I was given.”
