“I had a pleasant experience visiting Dr Rodney at Eternal Dermatology. I had been experiencing some skin and scalp issues and over the counter products were not working. I was able to call and schedule an appointment which was seamless. Dr Rodney educated me on what the issues were I was experiencing and was able to quickly call in several prescriptions to my pharmacy. She gave me thorough instructions on how to use the prescriptions and I am already noticing the skin and scalp issues resolving. The location was easy to access with ample parking and the office was clean and comfy. The staff were super pleasant and explained all policies to me in detail. I would definitely recommend Eternal Dermatology and will be using them for all of my dermatology concerns moving forward.”

Informing me, which was good for daytime, nighttime and sleep. As well as dosing. The shop was well organized, inviting, with knowledgeable, warm and personable staff. “For the first visit, I wasn't prepared to invest the time necessary to fill out paperwork. However, given the work I do in the field of addiction, equity and insurance parity, I was impressed with the documents offered explaining many important topics. The wait then was a bit long; however, when finally seen, I was impressed with the preparation of the PA. He had reviewed my background, previous tests, etc. and we had a very productive "next step" plan put in place. I'll continue with my care for now and see if this level of support continues.”
