“I have been going here since December last year. As for me and what I had been dealing with menopause, it has been a successful treatment plan. I highly recommend Your Wellness Center. Each provider I have seen have always taken the time to listen, been educational and compassionate without forcing anything on me. They provide the information with data to back it up and then its my decision how to go forward. It is not cheap and I may not always be able to continue but as long as I can, I will. If it helps to prevent future illness and problems that come with aging, then it will be worth it. I will mention the staff are always friendly and helpful when you call in as well. That is always an important factor!”

“This place is very nice, good prices, very knowledgeable employees who love to help you with anything you may have questions or concerns with. I live in Harrison Oh now and when this was one of my only options to go to for my prescription I truly didn't mind, but when other locations opened closer to home I chose the gas friendlier option. However I do want to be clear, that is the ONLY reason I no longer travel here. The prices are great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the wait is never very long. This is a wonderful business, ran very professionally and clean.”

“You have to call multiple times for some one to pick up. The line gives an automated message that “all representatives are currently busy” but I highly doubt they are THAT busy every minute of every day. The receptionists are just lazy in my opinion. They need to do their job and answer calls. If they are unavailable, they should operate like any other normal business and give customers a choice to stay on hold rather than leave a message and wait days to hear back. Also, if they are that overwhelmed with taking calls, maybe they should consider setting up an online platform to book appointments as there are no options to do so now.”
