“I’ve been coming to SpecSavers in Moonee Ponds for a number of years now. The professionalism of the staff is commendable. Each time I feel I’m in very safe and capable hands. The results of eye tests, pricing for new frames, etc are explained to me clearly and comprehensively. On my most recent visit I was looked after by Ming for my eye test, and Zoe for getting new lenses for my glasses. Both were very great and friendly and I had pleasant experiences with both of them.”

“Incredibly disappointed in my recent experience. I made an appointment for my toddler, during the initial appointment it was determined she may have influenza and they would swab and respond with the results. I called on both Saturday and Sunday and was advised they could not tell me the results and would need to wait for the doctor to come in on Monday to tell me. Meanwhile I have now had an incredibly sick child for more than 48 hours. When I rang on Monday to get the results I was informed I would need to make another appointment and that I would not be guaranteed to be bulk billed. So despite the fact I had an appointment already they now want me to PAY to get the results of a test they did. I'm shocked, and personally find this fairly negligent. I do not understand why I should have to pay again to simply get the result. Prior experiences the doctor would simply ring me. I'm not exactly sure where to to escalate this, but I find it borderline negligent. Especially for those less fortunate who may not have the means to pay.”

When email servers are not working properly, Uber 2 step verification is impossible to complete, Uber help contact 6-12 hour estimate before reply, I rang to inform them of the delay issues. They arranged delivery over the good old phone call. Thank you and all your team. I wish I could give 10 stars.”

“Nurse/s overdosed my Mounjaro jab. Would complain to the health commissioner, but going by their pathetic 1.2 rating, what would be the point? I am definitely not going back to Guardian Medical. Also, was told by the nurse, Angela on the first attendance that I would be sent a YouTube link, a good source to look at so that I could self-administer dose. Plus, be shown hands-on how to self-administer the dose on the second visit. I never received an email or other communication about this. On the second visit Angela contradicted herself, and said she would not feel comfortable doing it that way. So, I would have to come back once a week to have the jabs. This is just another tactic they use to create revenue through the Medicare system. I would give a negative star amount, but the system does not allow for this. Not impressed!”
